I’d second that. The oilers should not be this heavily favored in a rink we struggle in and a team that’s first overall. It’s somewhat ridiculous. |

I dislike the Oilers and all things Edmonton as much as anyone. I despise them. I find it real hard to believe though that Bettman, or some high up NHL exec, whispers into Walkom's ear about calls going Oilers way. I mean, I know the NHL behaves like a bush league at times, but there's no way this is happening. If this ever got out as fact, all credibility is shot. I think it's more a case of piss poor officiating across the league. It's consistent, every game, every team. |

The assumption of an Avalanche treatment analysis assumes all teams deserve the same number of power plays. Are you suggesting the league favours the Colorado Avalanche and if so, why? |

I wonder if the media should start calling Kucherov or MacKinnon the best player in the world. Better PPG and PP60 than McDavid. And of course, MacKinnon has more points period. |
